Who is this Dude?

Here's a new feature at VegasRy. Who is this Dude? Whenever you mix alcohol, Vegas, and a camera, you inevitably come up with some unexplained random pictures.

Such as this one, with RollThaDice (left) and his new best friend who was nice enough to lend him his glasses.

If anyone can shed any light as to the identity of this guy, or the circumstances that led to RTD wearing his sweet shades, let us know. My guess is that RollThaDice thought he was at a 3-6 table.
