March Madness = Vegas Christmas


This is an interesting article I ran across which says that "the first two rounds of the NCAA Tournament rival the Super Bowl as the biggest revenue producer and action inducer on the Vegas calendar."

Here's an interesting quote from the article:
"I think when people think about this tournament, they think Vegas now, I really do," says Robert Walker, sports book director for the MGM Mirage, which sets the line for MGM's 14 books in Vegas. "I don't think a lot of people are saying 'hey, if I can get to that first round game in Boise.' I think if they think they can get to Vegas that would be the ultimate experience for this tournament."
